Great customer service from both Jason who did the initial evaluation of the old HVAC, as well as Daryl who installed the new one. Both explained things very well and were extremely personable. Never felt any pressure to complete the sale either. Very well priced and had a quick turnaround for the installation. Would highly recommend

Omar, Rob and Pepe were super professional, knowledgeable and finished the job quickly, even in the rain! They pulled out a TENT and kept working!!! That's dedication. Will be ONLY calling Super Cool for my HVAC services from now on. I've had 🚫Brothers, 🚫Tyson, 🚫Morris Jenkins, never again.

I highly recommend Super Cool HVAC! After getting other estimates, Jason at Super Cool provided the best quote and took the time to answer all of my questions. His communication and follow through were excellent. When it came time for the installation, Chris and Christian were outstanding. They arrived on time, were courteous and knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained how my new system works. They took great care of my home, cleaned up everything when they were finished, and left the area spotless. The entire experience was professional from start to finish.

I got quotes from 4 different companies for replacing our old and struggling Heat pump. Jason from Super Cool was by far the best price, no salesman pitch, honest, straight forward, eco friendly, and professional quote provided. He was quick to provide answers to all my questions and provide valuable feedback about our existing system and replacement options. We proceeded with one of the several quotes provided and were able to schedule within the next week. On installation day, Noah and crew showed up promptly, walked the house quickly to find all needed access locations and got to work. The crew was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were working on when asked and fully explained the new system when it was wrapped up by the end of the day. We also opted for a new fresh air system which needed another day for installation since we replaced our entire system. Promptly on the next business day the office called and asked if we had any availability for a crew to come out, and we do. Juan and crew were on time and again extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Again stopping to answer my many questions and explain the new system to me before wrapping up for the day. All in all, I would highly recommend Super Cool HVAC if you are looking for a local, honest, hard working and professional group to service or replace your system.

After my AC compressor failed in my ten yr old Trane, I was overwhelmed comparing quotes and trying to figure out who to trust. Jason at Super Cool was a game changer. He came out, did a proper Manual J load calculation, and actually explained WHY my old 3-ton system was oversized all along, which likely caused the failure in the first place. Nobody else took the time to do that. The pricing was fair and transparent, the options were clear, and he never tried to upsell me on something I didn’t need. Super Cool also includes all permitting and inspection fees, which a lot of companies quietly leave out. The warranty package gave me real peace of mind. From the first conversation to the final estimate, everyone I dealt with was professional, honest, and genuinely knowledgeable. It’s rare to find a company that educates you instead of just selling to you. I feel confident I made the right choice and got the right system for my home. Highly recommend Super Cool to anyone in the Charlotte area!
