Superior has been great for us for many years, keeping our system running when we were told by a different company it needed to be replaced, 7 years later, it’s still rolling. We get maintenance/some critical parts replaced every year or so, but these guys are prompt , honest, and knowledgeable. Always my first call if we have a problem!
Kris is great with HVAC systems especially explaining the system and how it should work, why it is not working and how to fix. He is always prepared and polite. I appreciate having a trusted partner I can depend on for my HVAC needs and maintenance service.
Kris was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. He answered every question (I had a lot) and was the most knowledgable about our new system!
