Wow, I must say I’m impressed with the level of craftsmanship these Sutton Brothers plumbers display. Jake and Bradly were extremely professional and diligent in their work. Stepping into my home, they immediately made me feel safe and put me at ease with how polite and respectful they were. They changed out all of my corroded P traps and replaced the old metal chrome ones with new PVC ones that will last a lot longer. Then they had a much bigger and more challenging job. Our shower handle was leaking potentially causing damage behind the wall. Being in an older home, when they cut into the sheet rock to add an access panel in order to replace the entire assembly, they ran into issue after issue. But they only saw it as an opportunity to flex their plumbing muscles! 3 hours later, the job was done and the whole thing looks amazing! We could not be happier. The quality of the work was spot on to the cost and we are so excited to have our plumbing issues resolved!

I could not be happier with the service I received today from Sutton Brothers and tech Hunter! My AC stopped working and they were able to fit me in to their schedule within a day and Hunter got the unit working again in record time. The office kept me updated on when to expect him the morning of and Hunter arrived right on time. He was very professional, quickly diagnosed the issue and kept me informed of pricing. I also appreciate the care Hunter took to make sure my dog was secure as he was in and out of the house and yard while he was here. I'm glad I found Sutton Brothers and highly recommend them!

Ian provided excellent service. He was there quickly, was very pleasant, helpful, and excellent at communicating the issue with our unit & the resolution. Ian worked diligently to get our air running on an a day ylthat was close to 100 degrees. With that said, I do believe $2,700 in labor only, to replace an air compressor that was under warranty, was way overpriced. Overall we are happy with the service we were provided by Sutton Brothers.

Sutton Brothers did a fantastic job. Our existing system presented demo challenges but the team was great. Spencer, the lead Engineer kept us apprised of everything that was happening. The install team as a whole was very polite, conscientious, and protected the house from any mess from demo or installation. Once installed and over the first several days we immediately realized Sales/Engineer, Chris Tucker, provided exactly what he described. He not only did a great job in his assessment but spoke in a manner that made HVAC understandable. Obtained 3 quotes from different vendors. Used 3 different AI engines to analyze and determine which system was most efficient in my area for both winter and summer, based on my home square footage, durability, and projected maintenance. All 3 AI engines picked the system Sutton Brothers quoted provided the installation was of good quality. Verified Sutton Brothers not only had experience in installing but no major issues since providing this system. It’s rare that the best price is the best choice, but Sutton Brothers provided both.

Our Technician Hunter was great! He was very professional and friendly. Also he was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions. He explained what he was doing thourally and gave me several helpful tips. Very pleased with the service from Hunter and the staff at Sutton Brothers.
