Greg did an outstanding job. Very thorough and explained every step. Nicole actually said she would call back and did. She was pleasant and very helpful in the phone. Impressed by the experience. Hopefully won’t have to go a week without ac again but they did a good job.
Temp Design is a great company. I appreciate the professionalism and dedication they show their customers. Lee was the technician who was here today for an annual checkup on the system. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable on the entire system. I would recommend Lee and Temp Design for any of your HVAC needs.
Lee and his team were great to work with. They were able to get a new unit installed quickly after our furnace went out and it’s been running great. They were never pushy and walked me through multiple options to help me decide which unit would work the best for our household. We have already noticed a decrease in our gas bill. My HVAC went out last night and I contacted Temperature Design and Nicole scheduled an appointment for Friday between 12pm & 2pm. Nicole called me @ 3pm on Thursday and told me she had a Technician that could be there @ 4pm on Thursday instead of Friday!! Lee arrived and was FRIENDLY and INFORMATIVE. He quickly determined the problem and knocked it out in little time!! AWESOME JOB Lee and Nicole!! YES, I recommend this company!! YES, I’ll do more business with them!! Thanks, Randy R
Our technician was wonderful very informative had to work out in the hot heat, but still had a positive attitude. He took his time to explain everything and really made it an enjoyable experience.
