I had an excellent experience with Varsity Zone HVAC and can’t recommend them enough. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The owner, Marcus, was absolutely fantastic, friendly, responsive and incredibly accommodating. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. The men who installed the HVAC system were kind, polite, and did a great job. They too answered all of my questions, kept everything clean, and were respectful throughout the entire process.

Tyler was amazing, he was so professional and polite. Once he saw how hot it was at my place since the A/C wasn’t working he came right away instead of next day. He drove 50 minutes from Gastonia. He worked quickly and talked me through the issues. He told me what to expect next so I wouldn’t be anxious or stressed. Absolutely amazing service. I’m so thrilled 😁

I called Varsity Zone HVAC of Charlotte when my AC stopped heating and they responded right away. The technicians arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and completed the repair quickly. The staff are friendly, and the whole experience was stress‑free. Highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
