I had the most amazing experience with inStazione Pompeii, specifically Ornella. We went into simply store our luggage for a few hours, but through conversation, she helped us with all our needs. We were planning on visiting the ruins, she got us tickets, recommended the audio tour, helped us set up the app, walked us through how to use it, gave us directions. And she went above and beyond - we wanted to get to Praiano, from Pompeii, which isn’t as easy as we thought, while we visiting ruins, she researched the options, with prices, and recommendations. Set up the transportation for us and we were on our way! I highly recommend. 5 stars is not enough!

Rita and Francesca were the absolute best! They was extremely kind, accommodating, and helpful! They helped our family at the Naples station, setting us up for a full-day tour of the Amalfi Coast with extreme ease.
My wife and I were looking for an experience we will never forget and inStazione delivered exactly that. The staff was very patient as they understood what we were looking for and then offered all possible options for us to choose from. We finally booked a private taxi for a day tour of the Amalfi coast followed by a taxi to Locorotondo. We also booked our bus from Locorotondo to Rome. Special mention for Francesca who helped us make the right choices. The drivers and the cars (Mercedes) on both days were fabulous. We really couldn't ask for more and we will never forget this experience!
