I found out about this place in in particular, Janie Garza from a next door post with rave reviews. That was 5 years ago. If you are looking for someone who is friendly, straightforward, professional, and treats you like a human being then this should be your go-to. Janie patiently went over the declarations and also some additional homeowner protections I was interested in. She also provides relevant information on the insurance industry that others have not. My premiums for homeowners and auto are actually lower than last year, without any reduction in coverage. They are generous in their discounts and types of discounts provided. I have recommended Janie to several friends and family members. I can say with confidence that you would be doing yourself a favor to at least have a conversation before renewing your policies.
