My home insurance had increased this year, more than usual, so I called and Amber took all my info and took the time to check around for a better deal. To my surprise, after a couple of days work, she could not find anything with a better price than what I had. That second opinion gave me a little peace of mind. Maybe next year.... 😁

Like other people in these reviews, I received ANOTHER high renewal increase, was fed up and after several calls to other insurance agents/companies, I saw good reviews about Crain on Nextdoor and thought I would give them a try. I spoke to Amber Ellis who from the start was very attentive and responsive. She worked very hard on all of our policies. She was able to get us more coverage for less premium on 2 of 4 of my policies. The other 2 renewed at another date so she is going to shop those as they come up but Amber is/was very pleasant to work with. Glad I gave Crain a try and look forward to working with them and Amber! 😊
