After hesitating quite a while about changing insurance companies because I thought it would be complicated, I was fortunate to work with Rudy Gonzales. I found her to be professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. In addition, she had the ability to explain everything in the simplest of terms. If you decide to call Vanguard, I highly recommend that you specifically ask for Rudy. She’s the best!

I recently switched my commercial auto insurance for my business to Vanguard, and so far my experience has been excellent. From the very beginning, their customer service has really stood out. I can always get someone on the phone quickly no long hold times or frustration. Vanessa and Sophia have been especially amazing to work with. They are both very attentive, professional, and friendly. If they need anything, they reach out right away and always follow up to make sure everything is taken care of and that I don’t have any other questions. Their hospitality truly makes a difference you don’t feel rushed, and they make conversation while handling everything, which makes the whole process smooth and comfortable. What I appreciate most is how clearly they explain everything as they go. They make sure you fully understand your commercial insurance coverage and any changes being made, which gives me a lot of confidence moving forward.
