Jen was delightful to work with and extremely knowledgeable when came to selecting a vacation within our budget. She took care of every detail so it could be a stress free vacation. Jen was always quick to respond and very patient while I asked numerous questions about flying out of the country and helpful with ideas for our cruise excursions, travel insurance and covid testing procedures. Jenn Mitchell recommended my trip on SilverSeas to Tahiti and the islands of French Polynesia. She meticulously took care of all the details including a multi connection plane schedule to get us from Florida to Tahiti. Silver Seas is the master of service and exceptional cuisine. Just ask, and almost anything is available. The excuresions were planned for many preferences. If snorkeling is your thing, it is spectacular. I have personally utilized Jenn's travel expertise in the past for overseas travel. I highly recommend her as she is knowledgeable and will answer all your questions.

Jen provided excellent options for our recent trip to Barcelona and Lisbon. We had a cruise booked that took us from Barcelona to Lisbon, but did not have plans for our days in those cities. We prefer to have local guides show us the city and their favorite spots. The Majestic Hotel in Barcelona was a perfect choice, great location and staff. The guide and driver were professional. The local guide in Lisbon was excellent. We had a walking tour scheduled with a stop for lunch that included sampling all of the local flavors. The next day we had a private lunch and wine tasting at Dona Maria Winery. It was a truly uniques experience to lunch with the owner of the estate and hear the story and history of the magnificent property. I would highly recommend Jen and her staff with your next vacation.
