Pace is a family owned and operated business that my fiancée’s grandpa bought jewelry from for his wife back when they were young. Pace offers extremely professional and honest service that’s above and beyond. They work with your budget and help you research all the possibilities to find your perfect piece of jewelry. They include a resize of up to 2 sizes when you purchase a ring, which was incredibly helpful! They offer prompt service and personalized customization options that you would never find at a giant chain jewelry store, like finishing resizing my ring 30 minutes after I dropped it off! Pace is the place to shop local! Enjoy their outstanding service and deals if you’re in the Greenville area. I can’t recommend them enough.

I purchased two wedding bands for my wife at Pace. She LOVES them both. We shopped around at some of the bigger chains but I knew I wanted to support local for a larger purchase like this. Since purchasing the bands, we moved to Austin, TX. After wearing for a few months, a small diamond fell out of one bands, and I wasn't sure exactly how the process would work, if I needed to make an insurance claim (already?), etc. I called the team at Pace and they were able to help us, even from afar! They fixed the band and even cleaned it while they did the repairs. Thank you, Pace team. This was truly excellent customer service and I would recommend them to anyone reading this.
