I have booked multiple cruises and trips with Journeys 360 Travel. I have been incredibly impressed from my first contact with their team to the end of each trip. Preeti makes the entire booking process so easy and is in willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my wishes are accommodated. She is always quick to respond to all my questions and keeps me Informed. She arranges everything from transfers, air bookings, excursions, spa treatments, and dinner reservations. Preeti makes it so easy to do everything by phone or email but if I do need to meet with her she is conveniently located on Fifth Avenue in Naples. I highly recommend Journey’s 360 Travel. I promise if you use them for your trips you will be more than pleased.

This was our first time using Journeys 360 Travel, after hearing great reviews from friends, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Preeti handled every aspect of our trip flawlessly. She planned a 12-night Oceania cruise to South America, including visits to Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil, and took care of everything—flights, hotels, transportation, and the cruise itself. Before we even left, she provided a comprehensive, detailed itinerary covering every aspect of the trip, which was incredibly helpful and reassuring. When we hit a major snag on the way down—our flight was canceled in Atlanta and we missed our connecting flight—Preeti was available at all hours to help reroute us and make sure we still reached the ship on time. Her responsiveness and calm problem-solving during a very stressful situation made all the difference. Knowing the entire trip was in such capable hands gave us complete peace of mind. This experience exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely use Journeys 360 Travel—and Preeti—again without hesitation.

Preeti was amazing! She helped us plan a honeymoon of a lifetime! We really appreciated how organized she was especially with the itinerary app. She was always quick to respond with both emails and phone calls. We will definitely be using her again in the future! 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent experience working with Journey 360. Our Tauck trip (Paris to Normandy Seine River Impressions) was the perfect trip to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Rakesh and Preeti handled everything and it was a pleasure working with them. They are quintessential professionals. We will not plan travel with anyone else! Journeys 360 Travel has earned the right to use Luxury in their title. Preeti sent us on the journey of a lifetime when she booked our week in Paris! From our beautiful suites at the famous Plaza Anthene, to our day excursions with a private driver and tour guide, to our greetings and escort through the maze at the airports, to our Michelin star dining experiences; Preeti had us treated and met with the highest honors and service. She was a phone call away anytime we needed her. There is no other way I'd like to travel now that Journey 360 Travel has booked a trip for us!
