Jim Butler and his team advocates and fights for their clients with the County DAs and Judges. They are compassionate and professional. Jim kept us apprised of everything that was happening with our court cases! His team in the office took all our calls with Grace! He was able to achieve the best outcome under the law for our cases which was a blessing. Jim has experience in working DUI and DWI cases and has the respect of the DAs and Judges he works with on a daily bases! Jim is honest with his approach and knows the laws! I was caught twice for DWI. While looking for different lawyers, I came across Mr. Butler. Other attorneys mainly talked about how difficult my case was and only focused on reducing the sentence, rather than addressing the core of the issue. But Mr. Butler looked at my case carefully and explained to me how it should be resolved. He genuinely cared about my situation and focused first on the heart of the case. Unlike others, he seemed to value his role as an attorney more than money, and put more attention on the client and the case itself. I really appreciated the way he worked. Since it was my second DWI, I thought things would be very difficult, but he gave me hope until the very end, telling me that there was still a chance for a dismissal. And in the end, I did receive a dismissal. He even gave me advice like a father and treated me with genuine care. If you ever find yourself in a criminal case, I strongly recommend going to Mr. Butler. I believe you’ll be satisfied with how he works, and he will bring you results you can be happy with. Once again, I am truly grateful to him.

CASE DISMISSED!!!! I was accused of a not fair allegation that was really serious came to find out I had a warrant of for my arrest after finding out I felt like my life was over with thought that it was the end for me. After speaking with a lot of criminal attorneys and everyone telling me that the case was difficult and pretty much made me feel worst I got Mr Jim butler recommended by a very close friend of mine he told me to give jim a call, the first time talking to this man and him listening carefully on my problem he knew what was up and made me feel really calm after hearing the truth about this case and every detail he made a observation strategy and intelligence to execute this case I’m grateful to had have the opportunity for Mr butler to handle my case trust me he is not here for another simple case he means business and put himself in you’re shoes I’m always going to be grateful with Mr butler and the ladies working on the firm with him very professional people that treat you like family thank you Mr Jim butler for everything you have done for me and my family I will be always be greatful with you for reunion my family and I back together thank you for letting me keep my AMERICAN DREAM god bless you sir and you’re staff and for the people reading this review butler is the best lawyer in Houston that will take care for you and will fight for you to get the best outcome.
