Excellent!!!! We just came back from Jerusalem and the tour was amazing, lucero picked a perfect package for us and we are really, really satisfied with her job We definitely will be back to them for another wonderful vacation
They are great at selling packages, but when it comes to coordination, you have to fend for yourself. Names not on lists when we arrived, flight rescheduled without communicating with anyone and not able to get a hold with Top Vacations, who was in charge of transportation arrangements. Last time travelling with this agency.
Very unprofessional, they don't pay attention to their work. I would avoid them at all costs!!

Horrible.. we needed them to transfer money that was vital to our trip and they failed us. They don’t help and only keep charging us transfer fees. I’m disappointed and won’t be going back for buisness with them.
