The receptionist was extremely polite and was very responsive to any questions I had. The tech was also very sweet, and she was able to help me choose a color I thoroughly enjoy. The massage was relaxing and the perfect length. The tech spent a lot of time and I was really hopeful the results would reflect that. Unfortunately I’m not completely pleased with finished product and I feel as though my manicure is not my desired result. I believe they look as if they already need a fill, and have uneven gaps near the edges and cuticles. For the overall cost I was hoping to love them and I unfortunately don’t feel that way.

Definitely a beautiful and clean nail salon & great massage chairs- we recently moved down the street so we visited. Receptionist very friendly & nice. Pedicures were pretty mediocre at best. Super light touch massage on both me and my husband which was a bummer. The grater on the bottom of my feet was done lazily so I had to completely redo them at home to smooth out the bottoms.My husband’s manicure he was cut pretty badly with the nippers. Also a $5 up charge to buff his nails- but a manicure would include polish anyway on a female which takes longer??? We paid over $130 plus tips and not really worth the services we received.

My nails were horrible the first visit. Left a review which I’m now editing. (I’ll leave photos from original review so you can see what I got and what I asked for the first time.) Ty called me and asked me to come in so he could fix my nails and correct the situation. Wonderful I thought! He saw my review and saw what I wanted and I really thought he was going to deliver. I went in, sat down and he started working on my nails. Things were going great until he had acrylic on all of my fingers but my left thumb. I could tell he was getting anxious and stressed then he regretfully informs me that he won’t have time to finish them. It was as this point that he realized he bit off more than he could chew. When he told me he couldn’t finish them I realized that this salon only allows for 1 hour bookings. (He kept going back to his iPad to see the schedule and I could see it) The style and design I wanted would absolutely take longer than an hour to complete. Ty acted like I was wanting something short and plain when he clearly saw my review with the photo of exactly what I asked for. In knowing what I wanted he should have communicated prior that it was too hard of a set to do. He led me to believe he could fix my nails but then ended up finishing the acrylic and that was it. He did refund the $100 I paid for the first messed up set then also didn’t charge me for the set he left incomplete. He recommended me to a nail artist in ft myers because his “nail techs aren’t artists, they do simple things” in his own words. A luxury nail spa that doesn’t provide artists. That’s what you get. This is a great place for older folk who just want a basic gel mani/pedi. That’s it. I ended up having to design and paint my own nails when I got home. -_- There’s just a huge lack of communication here. Make sure you express exactly what you want and make sure they are able to actually complete the set properly.

Tony! The best nail technician uses the most amazing cuticle oil on my nails that helps them to stay hydrated and healthy! I love this oil so much, I decided to use it at home! I love the aesthetic of the body!

I had such a great experience at Luxury Nails & Spa in Naples! Billy was amazing! I chose the bubble bath color with chrome, and it turned out even better than I imagined! Billy really took his time and paid attention to every little detail to make sure my nails were absolutely perfect. I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Billy if you’re looking for beautiful nails and excellent service!
