Consumers beware!! I used this service out of desperation. I had locked myself out of my house, and in my own lapse in judgment, had also left my hidden spare key inside. A gentleman showed up about 45 minutes later in an unmarked non company sedan. He explained that it would cost $250 to drill the lock out. This seemed expensive at the time, but I was desperate and tired of battling mosquitoes. After the work was completed, he asked to use my restroom, which I allowed. He urinated all over my toilet seat and floor, which I only discovered after he had left. When it came time to pay, he told me it would be $385. When I asked him why it was more than $250, he said there was a "weekend service charge", and got aggressive with me when I was hesitant. I paid the $385 in an effort to avoid confrontation. This company needs to tell people about all charges and service fees before the work is completed. Their locksmith was incredibly unprofessional.

FWIW….. I needed copies of my house keys so I went to the San Marco Rd. address shown on line. I left a 2 Star ⭐️ review because there was no locksmith located at that address. My research shows this is not a locally owned and operated locksmith business on Marco Island, which is what they seem to want to imply. It also indicated the main location for this business is up in the Florida panhandle. When I called them it went to an answering service that couldn’t answer any of my questions - it seemed like a call center ? She said someone would call me, which they did. He said a $45. service call (unrealistically low)., then would give the cost based on what needed to be done. At this point I decided not to use them. Be Aware…..

We contacted this company on a Thursday night to request a quote to unlock my car doors. I liked the price so I scheduled an appointment the next morning. Everything was very efficient; they unlocked the doors quickly
