Calm, Cared 4 & Cosy that's how I felt with ever appointment I have had here so far. When my previous Day Spa & Beauty consultant sold up shop & moved away, I had to find a suitable replacement. This place has exceded all my expectations. The massage was the most relaxed I have ever been & I adore the wider that usually massage bench (so comfortable). My 1st facial was beyond good, I could actually see the dead skin cells being cleaned away. I have 100% found my new Day Spa & highly recommend you get on board too
I had a wonderful experience at Refresh Day spa. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the environment was calm, inviting, and peaceful. My masseuse was professional, skilled, and made me feel comfortable throughout. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed and will be back again. Would happily recommend.
Beautiful atmosphere and one of THE best remedial massages I have ever experienced. RJ listened to where my problem areas were, amd focused on them. I cannot believe the difference in my body after gliding cupping. Wonderful experience.

We had a lovely time at Refresh Day Spa! We booked as a group of four. All the staff were wonderful and very friendly. We had a fabulous massage and facial, and a surprise Prosecco and goody bag at the end topped it off!! An amazing way to start the weekend. Thank you Refresh Day Spa!
