I've been taking my VW Golf GTI to Briggs for 1.5 years now for all of my maintenance and repair needs (services, parts replacement, diagnostics, tyre care). I appreciate having a workshop whose knowledge, advice and mechanical work I can trust - and I've recommended Briggs to all my friends and family. Advised works and quotes have always been fair and accurate - with time taken to explain technical details when queried. Mechanical work has been flawless. Dee at the front desk is great to deal with and always perfectly professional on the comms and logistics. Thanks to the Briggs team for the great work.

I was introduced to Briggs Automotive about three years ago for a service on my VW Touareg. It was a simple, stress free exercise which is as it should be. I am extremely fussy when it comes to the servicing of my cars. Now, some three years (and numerous services latter), l can say I am am very impressed with all aspects of Briggs Automotive. For more than 30 years I was a supplier to automotive workshops across the country and believe me, there are few that impress me. Generally I am very reluctant to recommend vehicle service centres. However, Anthony and his team are an exception and as such I highly recommend them, particularly for European vehicles. Keep up the great work. Chris

Dee at Briggs is both the reception staffer and logistics staffer. Her knowledge re Volkswagen's is second to none. They couldn't go out of their way enough for me, ensuring that both jobs could be done simultaneously which saved money. Dee also organised a ride into town for me given not close to transport. Very good rapport from the team and where needed I'll return.

I have been to Briggs Automotive a number of times now and Anthony and his team have been great to deal with. They have gone above and beyond to repair my VW Amarok so I could get back on the road ASAP and continue our holiday. They are happy to discuss any issues and recommend a suitable solution. I am now taking my new Mercedes Benz to Briggs as I am so confident that they will service and repair it to the highest standard. I have recommended Briggs Automotive to friends and family and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.
