My son and I had a great time visiting Ischia. Our port asistent Giovanni gave us very helping and simple to follow directions about the bus on the Island, restaurant and the beach. Food was great italian experience and the sand beach Giovanni recommended Spiaggia di San Pietro was amazng! Thank you for this lovely memory!!! Nikolina & Mihael

Avoid! We were fooled by the good reviews. I would have put one star but those reviews tend to get blocked. The staff were certainly pleasant but incompetent. Our need was simple: a trip to Pompeii one day and a trip to Herculaneum the next, both with transport and guide, if possible. We spent a very long time trying to get this requirement across, but the staff always got confused. The first tour was available via their computer, but the second was not. The latter needed a succession of 'phone calls to try and book. It all took a very long time. For the Pompeii visit we were told we had to be at a location near their office early in the morning. Later we got a message from the tour company giving a different time but at least a more convenient location. The minibus was late so we tried the number we had been given by the travel agency for help: a recorded message in high speed Italian, i.e. no help at all. However, the travel agent had booked us on a Naples tour, never discussed and which we had already done, followed by the Pompeii tour. This gave us a very long and tiring day, as well as a waste of money! The one highlight was our tour guide was excellent! We did not know what to expect the next day. The bus did arrive at the inconvenient location they had booked for us and we did get our tour, but without a guide (the agency were incapable of finding one). At least, the bus guide listened to us and dropped us off at a much more convenient location on the way back. Two wonderful tours spoilt by this agency. There are plenty of better places to book trips.
