We had a very particular situation where we almost closed with a mortgage broker and a lender that really didn’t care for our needs, didn’t listen to us and didn’t really want to do their job in assisting us through the mortgage process. We informed our mortgage broker almost every day for 2 weeks straight that, “we absolutely knew that we could get a much better rate than what they were offering” and yet, their offer remained the same. Hearing our troubles our realtor recommended Compare Closing LLC to us. She said that this company was able to pull in some great deals on interest rates for their mortgages and that is how we decided to give it a try even though our closing date was in 15 days time! Much to our surprise, not only was the team able to offer us the best and lowest interest rates from all the other banks and mortgage brokers we had received estimates from, they were also able to negotiate only a 20% down and organized everything so well that we were able to close on time! The treatment that Compare Closing team gave us as their clients was exceptional. I would text or email them questions and they would always take the time to explain complicated things to me, like for example, 'how the FICO score affected the Base Price' or 'the requirements for a Qualified Mortgage'. Of course, someone that is looking to get a mortgage does not need to know those details and calculations yet I wanted to know, and the team was so considerate and courteous to take the time outa and be transparent and honest with me on how all of it is calculated and what our expectations should be like for our interest rate and our financial situation. I’m telling you, Compare Closing LLC will blow past your expectations on what a professional mortgage broker does for their clients. Their treatment towards us was always attentive, distinguished and professional at all time. Thanks to this leading company that we now are accomplished Home Owners! We are grateful for all the hard work and last-minute somersaults that Compare Closing LLC team had to do in order for us to get the sweetest deal in the market and close on time! Everything went as planned no surprises. They even saved me some money by not requiring me to pay for an inspection and using a previous survey. I would recommend them. Tried Rocket mortgage and Chase Bank and both would only lend if I borrowed 40K more than I needed, and at a higher rate than I got.
