I went with my granddaughter and her husband for 3 pedicures and a gell manicure for my granddaughter. The men's basic pedicures were good but my granddaughter's took 3 techs and 3 hours and $81.00 to do and did not look anything like the photo that was agreed on, and all they could say was to come back for corrections! I had to pay another salon to fix their mistake. Nope!!! Not again. *** the 2 hands is what I wanted and the single hand is what we got ***
I had been going to Nick at Happy Nails in Marco Island since I first moved to Marco in 2016. I was heartbroken when he sold his salon. But elated when I learned he was at Nail Boutique. It's closer to my new place at Antilles. I am excited to be able to continue going to Nick. He's the BEST and I really enjoy chatting with him. And the new nail salon is bright, sunny and cheerful. Very clean too.
Honestly the best pedicure I’ve ever received! Nan is wonderful! Took time and was super thorough. I would call his work perfection. Make it a point to go here! Staff is so friendly.
I hate to leave negative reviews, but my recent mani-pedi at Nail Boutique was deeply disappointing and not worth the three-hours it took, even with an appointment. The salon felt chaotic and disorganized, with my technician repeatedly walking away mid-service, leaving me unsure where she went or why. The quality was unacceptable—I left with three bleeding cuts around my cuticles and fingers, which burned intensely and weren’t addressed until I specifically requested alcohol. The final manicure was lumpy, uneven, and poorly finished, lacking any attention to detail or care. I recommend skipping this spot to save your time and money; there are better options available.
First time visit at Nail Boutique & Spa in Naples and I will return! It’s a busy place so I recommend making an appointment. I had gel nail polish removed, manicure, filed nails and regular polish applied. Very reasonably priced and the nail tech was very pleasant.
