The worst experience ever with a tour company in the whole world and definitely the most unpolite person in the states. It started when we entered the facilities. No welcome just a YES??? It sounded like we were invading his place. The man behind the counter kept sitting behind a screen, just watching us. There was nobody else around. When we said we wanted to do the segway tour he went and asked the guide if he wanted to do a tour. A tour which was posted on the internet. He would do a tour, so we just had to sign a waiver. During signing the waiver we asked one question about the address and he exploded and ripped the pen and paper out of the hands of my wive and said that we better go to another company for a segway tour. He showed us to the exit. We saw the guide outside who didn't understand why we were leaving. He came outside and started shouting that we didn't want to sign, which wasn't true. Would strongly recommend finding a friendlier place for tours. This guy shouldn't be allowed to work with people, because he doesn't know how. Response to mgt response: I had already signed the waiver, but only asked if it was really necesary to fill in my address. I would have if he had said yes, but he exploded into a rage. We don't like to be treated like this so we easily followed his fingers to the exit. If you keep saying he handled the situation according to policy, then he lied to you about what really happened.

I have been in Naples many times and my family and I have taken different tours through Naples but the Segway one was really nice. Karl was a great guide and very knowledgeable. We had two 12 year old kids with us and Karl made sure both kids were very comfortable with the Segways. The tour went along the ocean to the downtown section along the millionaire road (nice homes) to the city pier walk for a small break and then about 30 minutes back. It was a really great way of seeing Naples and have a great time with the Segways. I really can recommend it for families, Karl was super great with his directions and instructions. He showed us many historical places. If you are tired of the traditional tours, this is something I only can recommend, around 2 hours of fun.

Cannot rate this tour highly enough. Chris our tour guide gave us a really good safety practice and could see to start I was a little unsure of the segway. He offered to tow me if at any time I felt worried about the terrain. We did the first tour of the day which was great for a beginner as traffic was light as were the sidewalks. Chris was passionate about the area and extremely knowledgeable about Naples. After we reached the half way point started to get more confident on the segway and we stopped off at the pier to take some photos. This is a fun thing to do in Naples and you’ll learn a lot!

Chris was a fantastic tour guide! Very knowledge about the Naples and surrounding area, also very funny too. I was nervous to ride the segway, but with initial instruction and a promise we wouldn’t start until I was comfortable, I found it very easy! Chris kept the pace to whatever my boyfriend and I were comfortable with and constantly checked back on us to make sure we took turns or potholes alright and could go on. We could stop for pictures if we wanted to and he helped us get on and off the segways when we did stop at the Naples pier. He told us to take some time on the beach and come back when we were ready, which was very refreshing! We saw some beautiful neighborhoods, learned about the history of the canals and historic buildings, learned about the wildlife and nature, and had a fun time guessing the value of some of the properties. The tour was fantastic and we will definitely be back and recommend to anyone looking for something fun to do in Naples!

This review is for the Marco Island Segway tour. Google does not have a listing but it is a short drive from the Naples location and under management of the same proprietors. The Segway tour was a laid back, fun tour. Our tour guide was Kaitlyn and she showed us some of the Island’s unique wild life. Her knowledge of the history and night spots gave us a great lay of the Island. If you are searching for the hidden local beach bum havens, where if you like, you can get a most delicious Pina Colada.... you found the perfect excursion to start it off. The Island isn’t a Key West, but it possesses great relaxing charm. The Island sports some of the Gulfs best beaches. The Segways were in good condition and easy to maneuver. Highly recommended.
