The planning of our tour through Ludovico and the execution by our driver/tour guide, Salvatore, was flawless from pickup to drop off directly at the Naples port for our cruise with NCL. They have new/newer Mercedes vans with a comfortable ride throughout the day. Salvatore was extremely calming about our schedule and very flexible with any adjustments to the schedule if needed. Can’t ask for more than that. I highly recommend these private van tours than the larger group tours with the huge buses which are methodically slower because of the larger number of people and can’t drive through the smaller roads of Naples and its neighboring cities. You get the true local vibe without having to walk outside in the heat, unless of course you want to in order to get different types of pictures. If you add the optional Pompei tickets, we got your own personal tour guide through NTS. I must say this is much better than the self waking tour with audio from what i heard through friends who just took the self walking tour. Our Pompei tour guide, Miriam, was super amazing and so knowledgeable about the history of the city. She grew up and lives in Pompei!!! I’ll tell you the cost is very similar if not much less than the big bus type tours. Thank you again NTS for an awesome experience!! Note: we’re now currently using ItalyTours for our Rome port stop just to try another tour service, and already I can tell you, use NTS for all Italy tours 😀. Nothing wrong with ItalyTours but just not as personal, drivers are much more textbook and don’t talk much unless you ask questions.

Quite possibly the highlight of our trip to Italy! I highly recommend Ludovico and NTS if you are looking to do the scenic day tour of the Amalfi coast. Ludovico is polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was prompt and replied to every text to help plan the trip beforehand. On the day of our tour he arrived on time and throughout the day was extremely patient with us given that we had two young children and a stroller. I absolutely recommend Ludovico/NTS.

Ludovico was able to create a custom tour that not only saw the Amalfi Coast, some churches and lunch at pizzeria in Naples. He did a great job mapping out the logistics for the tour. Our driver Salvatore did a great job telling us about the history, culture and cameraman. He made our first time to Naples very memorable. I would highly recommend anyone who is first time to Naples to book this company, you won’t regret it.

Ludovico Franco was amazing. He helped us to organize everything, answered all our questions and gave us tons of information along the way. He went above and beyond. He helped us organize a walking tour of Napoli We hiked Vesuvius, had private tours of Pompeii and Ercolano, a tour of Amalfi and the best was the private tour of a vineyard and lunch. We all loved it. Great guy. Great time and as seamless as could be. A true professional

We used Naples Tour Service last August during our visit to Naples, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. Ludovico (Ivo) Franco is nothing short of AMAZING! He was personable and professional. He helped us find local restaurants to get authentic food which is our favorite and personalized our trip for us! We booked the following through them: Naples transfer to Sorrento and Pompeii private tour, day trip through Amalfi coast to see Amalfi, Positano and Ravello. They have many other tours available to book. We will be back and will use Naples Tour Service again. Thank you for helping us make memories for a lifetime!
