I never really write reviews and I have been here many times but after a week with these nails, I have decided I will not be back and continue doing my own nails. I spent $45 for my nails to not last even a week. They are breaking, chipping, the polish didn’t even go to the end of my nail, the top coat is wearing off, and the parts around my cuticles were very messy. I have never written a review for the place because I felt it wasn’t worth it but these ones are.

First time at this establishment and I’ll definitely go back. I had a basic mani/pedi with a light gel color. Holly did an outstanding job, very meticulous and always asked about my comfort at the appropriate times, hot stones, water temp, chair etc. The milk and honey pedicure was a Christmas treat and my skin feels amazing! It was very busy and I was able to see what the ladies on both sides were getting during their service. One was red French tips and it was stunning, the other was a red over silver sparkle, maybe? but equally very well done.

Alyna is the best! She always goes above and beyond to make sure my nails are perfect. Her creativity is unmatched—she constantly shows me new designs and has the best ideas. Her attention to detail is incredible, and every set she does is flawless. On top of that, she has such a positive attitude and good energy. She cares about her work and delivers stunning results every time. I also recommend Henry, i always leave with such beautiful nails! He’s so friendly and talented! I love the noire nail bar! I never write bad reviews but I NEED to for this place. I was so excited to get my nails done and relax, and everything was going fine with my pedicure until the man sliced the side of my foot with this metal (almost cheese grater sized) foot file. And my foot was going in and out of this tub of water and just stinging constantly. When I asked for some alcohol to clean it, they poured some on a dirty towel and tried to clean my foot. I'm seriously hoping I don't get an infection. I understand that these accidents can happen but it's just how I was treated afterward like it wasn't a big deal, etc. that I was not happy with. All I got was "I feel bad". Which I appreciate, but come on. I would not have stayed to get my nails done but I needed them done for a dinner in a few hours. They charged me extra for acrylic tips but then filed them down so unevenly and short that it was just my normal nail length that I started with. The manicure and "dip" process was executed extremely sloppily. My nails have never looked this bad. Also, have you ever had a manicure where they didn't push back your cuticles or ask to trim them? Maybe give you some lotion or creme? I didn't think so but apparently they don't do any of that here....they didn't even wash my hands or anything at all. I brought how I was unhappy with my nails to their attention, and asked for it to be filed down evenly but then each nail length would have been uneven. I didn't have time to sit there and ask for a complete re-do either. (Which they also didn't offer either...) They did nothing in the way to make me feel comfortable, improve my satisfaction level, or even suggest some kind of discount off this service or a future one. Like NOTHING at all. I paid 77$ (+tips) for the WORST nail experience that I've ever had. I am reallllly not happy about it.

Very clean, very friendly and professional. I have been in Florida for three years,Naples six months and absolutely love this salon best by far. Mia is the best. I don’t usually give reviews but when you find someone to do your nails, the way you love them you need to share.
