I just had an outstanding service provided by Jay. While being very patient with me while I was trying yo do something I'm not used to (send an envelope with a return envelope) she was also greeting every customer that came through the door with a big smile and great energy. Many of them she knew by name. It really felt like your neighborhood shipping store.
It’s hard to find good customer service these days. Well I found it!! Sidney and Ny’zhae at the UPS store at 5535 Memorial Drive are outstanding!! Always smiling and eager to help. They treat all their customers this way. I’ve watched them. I won’t go anywhere else for the services they provide. I HIGHLY recommend you visit them.
The staff here is so helpful and friendly. It brightens my day to see smiling faces who are genuinely happy to help. Going here reminds me of that old tv show, Cheers — the business and the people are part of a neighborhood. It’s rare these days, which makes me appreciate the employees here even more. Thank you for all you do!
When have you ever left a UPS Store thinking “those people are awesome”? Well, I think that every time I leave the UPS Store on Memorial. Helpful, friendly, and willing to go above & beyond every time. I didn’t know I needed a favorite UPS Store, but I’m glad I have one.
