Came by the store to drop off a prepaid Amazon return. I was one of only three customers in the store at the time. One was speaking to the lone agent manning the desk, the other was using the automated kiosk. As I was waiting my turn to speak to the agent, maybe 30 seconds in the store at this point, another employee pokes her head out from the back and thanks the customer using the automated kiosk for doing so, while looking at me. Passive aggressive, but okay. I had a number of labels on my box from Amazon’s shipment of it to me that I needed covered up, which is why I chose not to go straight to the kiosk. After a few more moments passed, and her realizing that the passive aggressive comment directing me to the automated kiosk wasn’t working, she begrudgingly came to the front to help me. By the way, I was fine waiting for the other agent to become available. At no point was I visibly (or privately) frustrated. When she was ready to help me I kindly asked her to borrow a sharpie to cover up the other labels on the box. At this point she made me go over to the automated kiosk to print my return label. Okay, fine. Again I was expressing no frustration. After returning to the desk with the label she goes, as if talking to a three year old, “See? You printed your own return label.” In disbelief at the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism, I silently turned around and made my way for the door. Nearing the door, she yells out to me, “you’re welcome!” I’m dumbfounded. I could understand if the store were busy. I could understand her wanting me to use the kiosk up until the point I expressed I needed something beyond just printing the label. But to treat another person, nay a customer, so poorly when they’ve done absolutely nothing to you is so disappointing. I’m sorry if your job sucks. I’m sorry if the store is underemployed (though that certainly didn’t seem to be a factor on this visit) but try a little harder to be decent to people. I would never talk to someone that way, and I work a high stress job where I talk to difficult people all day.
All of the employees of this store were Extremely Friendly and Helpful, I was immediately greeted with smiles, making me feel welcomed. But on the day I came in, “Reynaldo”, was the employee who went above and beyond with helping me with such patience and kindness. Since I am a Senior Citizen, I am not Savvy with the technology of today, but Reynaldo helped me through the whole process of the task I needed done. I would give him 20 Stars if I could!! He is an Awesome young man!!
Staff was great but a box costs $10 and bubble wrap costs $17. Go somewhere else to get your packing supplies. Parking was also a disaster.
Parking sucks but the staff and the service make it worth it. Always helpful. Super nice. Very fast too. Even when there is a big line they knock it out. Store is also extremely clean especially considering how busy it is.
Incompetent staff that lost my package that was worth several hundred dollars and instead of them taking up for the mistake that was made on their behalf. Nobody wanted to do that and claimed it was my fault in which I called them a few days even after I dropped my package off and they said everything was OK here I am a month and a half later almost my package was returned. I’m out $90 and they’re telling me they can give me 15% off if I want to ship it again this place needs to get it together. This is why FedEx is always a better option.
