Mike was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every part of my DEXA scan in a way that was easy to understand. He answered all of my questions without rushing me and made the entire experience comfortable and informative. First time at Live Lean Rx with Mike and it was a great experience. I went in for a DEXA scan & RMR testing, and the booking was super easy. The website had all the info I needed so I knew exactly what to expect. I got reminders and helpful prep info ahead of time, which I really appreciated. Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made the data feel empowering instead of overwhelming. I was a little nervous going in, but the process was simple, comfortable, and surprisingly exciting. Now I don’t have to guess how to eat to lower body fat while still having enough energy and building muscle, I have real data to guide me. I’ll definitely be back in 90 days for my follow-up!!

Mike was great. I scheduled a DEXA scan assuming it’d be a “Here are your results, have a nice day.” Instead, Mike and I had a detailed conversation about my results, what they meant, the cause and effect of my eating habits, and areas of improvement. Mike didn’t just give me a baseline. He gave me clear, black and white goals for better health. This was well worth the already affordable cost.

Live lean RX is awesome. Mike took the time to explain the results and what i can do to improve my recomp thus getting better numbers next time (i.e changes to macros). I have been to a competitor in the area and few years ago but found live lean earlier this year. This is my second appt with Mike and I already have a 3rd planned in the future. Recommend 100%.
