I had been dealing with eating disorder for almost 10 years, and had been having difficulties with gaining muscle mass, had low energy levels, and wasn’t able to perform at the gym before I decided to take nutrition counseling with Denny Dao. My experience with him has been wonderful! He listens very well, understands my goals, empathizes with my challenges, helps in equipping me with cognitive ability to overcome my thinking patterns that lead to eating disorders, coaches me on nutrition and creating a food plan, and designing work out routines to help me achieve my goals. Overall, his intention to find a personal solution to suite my specific needs and requirements is what I like the most about him. Highly recommended!!
