Dr. Carr is exceptional at what he does. He treats his patients the same way he would treat a family member with honesty, care, and attention to detail. He takes the time to clearly explain your options, the procedure, and the overall process so you always feel informed and comfortable. His staff is equally professional, friendly, and welcoming. I wouldn’t consider going to anyone else and highly recommend Dr. Carr and his team.

Really welcoming dental practice. Jade is wonderful. She's gntle with cleanings and provides good advise to improve my dental health. Dr.Frey is equally informative and obviously loves what she does. Office staff is outstanding. They are efficient and friendly. They recognize you as soon as you walk in the door and file insurance forms for you if possible. It's the most pleasant experience a dental visit can be. Highly recommend.

They operate like used car salespeople, pushing unnecessary dental work and aggressive treatment plans. If you become a patient, expect constant recommendations for oral surgeries and procedures. Always get second and third opinions before agreeing to major dental work. In my experience, it started with subtle grooming behavior, then escalated into claims about “multiple cavities that urgently needed repair” and eventually recommendations for oral surgery. Thankfully, I come from a family of dentists, so I knew to question everything and seek outside opinions. Six years later, none of the “serious cavities” they claimed I had ever existed. Be careful and do your research before trusting their recommendations. Also most of attendees at this clinic are older people that trust. Oh don’t worry I am definitely a patient of yours or was. I have other family member going to you and you have revamped their entire mouth, I doubt there was anything wrong with them just like myself. Your aggressive dental practices is unheard of. Gotta keep the dollar coming! Yeah, like you said “your aggressive recommendations” are outrageous. They monitor medical doctors more than dentists and therefore you feel you can tell a patient literally anything and you not scared to revamp their entire mouth even when it’s not warranted or needed. By the way thera is my nickname, you think I would tell you my real name! I’m not as gullible as those poor souls that visit your office. You are definitely not ethical as you prioritize monetization over patient need. You think you can justify and and all treatments because again you operate like used car sales people. Nobody is going to walk into your office and try to understand your xrays, you will lie anyway. Unless there is an auditor coming to you who knows the industry, you will continue to do whatever you want. One dentist once told me, we don’t have a lot of work because people in USA and other 1st world countries know how to take care of their teeth. But you like to scare anyone into anything with you aggressive sales tactics.

My wife and I have been getting our dental work done at Oak Tree Dentistry for eight years. The staff its always friendly, and at the same time professional. Dr. Frey is a very competent dentist and pleasure to visit any kind of dental work.

I went in for a regular cleaning. Jade really knows how to make you feel comfortable. She is a true professional who enjoys working on her patients....knowledgeable , and efficient. I highly recommend her.
