Two things: Emma and the front desk lady. I wish I know the front desk's name but checking in was smooth. No bad attitude, just professionalism. We didn't encounter any issues And we are grateful that they have Emma on their team. I brought my dad for his first appointment and he told me that Emma listens very well. Her bedside manner is great. He has been going through a lot of back pains and his doctors weren't really paying attention to his concerns and just kept prescribing medications. My dad told me that she also asked about his own provider and was also concerned about the doctor's way of treating his condition. I brought him again this Monday and she helped him with exercises and gave great suggestions. We will be back for his next week's appointment.

The moment I stepped inside, the warm welcome I spied, like a ray o' sunshine on a cloudy day. The staff, they were as friendly as a pup fresh from the litter, and their knowledge was deeper than the blackest peat bog. They assessed me knee with eyes so keen, they'd have spotted a leprechaun's pot o' gold in a field o' shamrocks. The therapist, a true angel in disguise, crafted a plan for me recovery, tailor-made like a fine suit for a lord. Each session was a dance, a symphony of exercises and stretches, that eased the pain like a soothing Irish lullaby. They pushed me, they did, but always with a gentle touch, encouragin' me to be stronger than a bull locked in a china shop. The equipment, oh it was a wonder to behold, each machine and gadget shinier than a freshly polished shillelagh. They used these tools with precision, targetin' me injury like a hunter after a wild boar. Me knee, once as wobbly as a newborn foal, began to strengthen and heal, thanks to their magic hands and expert care. The atmosphere, it was as cheerful as a rainbow after a storm, and the other patients, we were like family, laughin' and encouragin' each other on. The craic was mighty, and the time flew by faster than a banshee's scream. As the sessions flew by, me knee felt brand new, and I was ready to dance a jig at the crossroads. Me gratitude for Select Physical Therapy is as vast as the Atlantic, and I sing their praises from the highest hill. They're the pot o' gold at the end o' the rainbow, and I'd recommend 'em to me own dear granny, I would. So if ye find yerself in a fix, with a knee or any other ailment, don't be a eejit, head to Select Physical Therapy in Garden Oaks. Diane at Select Physical Therapy on Ella has helped me reach all my pelvic floor physical therapy goals postpartum. I’ve felt comfortable and confident at each appointment thanks to her! My first time experience at Garden Oaks on Ella Blvd was satisfactory. My Therapist Jacqueline Goldberg was very kind, caring, knowledgeable, professional. Ms. Goldberg listened to everything i had to say. I appreciate that. My exercise Ms Goldberg provides for me was simple and easy to perform. I would recommend Select Physical Therapy to everyone.
