If I could give you all 100 stars I would! This has been the most comprehensive and educational physical therapy I’ve ever had. My PTs, Martha, Courtney and Torri have been so amazing. Even on days where I had to have a new PT because of a schedule change, those therapists worked so well with me. Many thanks to those ladies for their patience and guidance through this healing journey. There was also a student working with Martha who was awesome. I know he is going to be a great PT. I am grateful for the team here. Now i have homework to do.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Physical Therapist – Vanessa Jewell at TIRR Memorial Hermann Rehabilitation (in behalf of her patient (Wednesday July 7/22) Vanessa Jewell is truly one of the most remarkable physical therapists I have ever met. From the moment you begin your therapy session, you can immediately see that her priority is not simply completing the appointment—it is helping her patients achieve real, measurable progress. She is warm, friendly, and incredibly compassionate, making every patient feel comfortable and respected. What impressed me the most is how exceptionally results-oriented she is. Every minute of the therapy session is purposeful. There is no wasted time—it’s activity after activity, each one carefully designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence. Vanessa has an amazing ability to motivate patients in her own unique way. She is patient, encouraging, and always knows exactly when to challenge you just enough to help you improve without making you feel discouraged. I enjoyed my time with my physical Therapists. They were helpful and some went above and beyond. My care was entrusted to several PTs. I started with Kiran then met Rachael, Torri, Winnie, Lani and my favorite Francois. On my last day, I got to ring the bell of success.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I tried calling multiple times just to reschedule an appointment for my dad, but no one answered the phone or returned my calls. It should not be this difficult to get help with a simple scheduling request. Communication and customer service definitely need to be improved.

I’m only giving a three star review because of the parking. The front desk ladies are very efficient and friendly and the therapists are friendly also. Now on to the parking.. it’s a very large parking lot that is in need of new paving, with very few handicapped parking spots. It’s a rehabilitation facility, dedicate more accessible parking spaces!!
