I was looking for winter workwear and I was really impressed with the range at Bolton's of Bendigo. Great selection, plenty of stock, and fantastic prices. The staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly!! I picked up work pants, a work shirt, a vest, and a blazer during their clearance sale for under $150 m. They also offer embroidery for company logos, making it a one-stop shop for workwear. The quality is excellent, and it's some of the warmest workwear I've owned. Highly recommend! Shop here!!
Friendly Service here. Requiring some workwear, I called into Boltons Office National. I explained what I was after and was told these items had to be ordered then embroidered. I was pleasantly surprised when the order came quicker than quoted. Having had this NNT clothing before I wanted to mention the quality, which has been absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for workwear or office products, consider Boltons. The staff are also friendly and efficient. Well done to the team!
I’ve always loved Bolton’s but today I was blown away by the service that I received. At late notice, with a tight turnaround (and a bit of stress mounting) Bolton’s came through for me and got me sorted with printing some poetry booklets for my Year 12s last day tomorrow. Special shout out to Graphic Designer / Printer Jaimie, who was super helpful, supporting me over the phone and figuring solutions to a couple of different problems that I had with my print job (my own fault) My booklets were ready early and are perfect and polished ready for tomorrow. If you need some printing done, get straight down to see the team at Bolton’s. You won’t be sorry! This would have been a disaster at Officeworks. There is reason Boltons have dominated the stationery and printing landscape in Bendigo for generations.
Terrible customer service - I wanted 20 pieces of paper cut to size (and a ream takes about 30 seconds) and I was told to "come back tomorrow" because they didn't have "any staff available". Looking around, there were a couple of customers in the shop, and each person had a staff member with them - a ratio of 1:1. I would have been happy to wait for service but that wasn't even an option. Seriously, what a joke.
Our rep, Ben Haines, is an absolute legend! Bolton Brothers not only offers incredibly competitive prices but also delivers fast and efficient customer service. Highly recommend them!
