Took my daughter for her annual visit! Love the location. The dr was great, diagnosis and options were clearly explained. Glasses selection very nice and was not too overwhelming so we picked out 2 great pairs of glasses very quickly. Overall a nice & smooth visit!
I recently visited the office after having eye irritation. This was my first time using Eye Hub and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and the doctor was extremely knowledge. They diagnosed the issue and provided answers to every question along the way. I also purchased a new pair of eye glasses-the selection is the best I have seen in store in a very long time! Overall, my experiences have been very pleasant and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye care staff.
Dr. Erin Koetter and her team are fantastic. Her office is nice and welcoming, and she has the latest tech to do your eye exams, along with a great personality. My husband actually went to her first, and he was impressed, so he made an appointment for me. Then I was impressed and made an appointment for our daughter. I have a super high prescription, and I needed both a glasses and contact lenses exam. I wanted to use some old frames for my new prescription, so she ordered the lenses and they were able to cut down the lenses in the office to fit just perfectly. We all highly recommend this office for your eye care needs.

My daughter got an eye exam today & her experience was definitely a 10/10. The previous week we tried another place with no success. Dr. Erin and her staff made my daughter feel comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. Even after leaving my 5 yo daughter talked about her experience & how fun it was. I referred my friends here for their children and I will be making appointments for the rest of my children.
