I happily drive from The Woodlands just to see Dr. Garner because she and her team are absolutely worth it. I’ve been a patient for years, and now my kids are patients here too. Dr. Garner is kind, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make you feel heard and cared for. Her entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. From the moment you walk in, you feel like more than just another patient. I truly can’t recommend Eyebar Houston enough. 10/10 experience every time!
Dr. Garner is an amazing doctor—patient, caring, and thorough. I would give her 5 stars. Unfortunately, the glasses did not last even a year. The first pair had a temple fall off and was replaced, but the same issue happened again, and I’m now holding them together with super glue. I also never received my contact lenses due to ongoing prescription changes and billing issues. Although my insurance was charged and I paid my portion, I was later told I needed to pay more. That’s right I would put 2 stars for quality of product, more out of pocket and less caring from staff. I appreciate Dr. Garner’s care, but the issues with the glasses, contacts, and billing were very frustrating.
It was my first visit for an eye exam with Dr Garner. The exam was very thorough and efficient. I am glad Dr Garner went the extra mile to fit the right prescription for my progressive lenses! Most don’t take the extra time and I appreciate that!
Dr. Garner and her team are absolutely fantastic. I look forward to my annual appointment every year. The staff is incredibly kind and understanding. I have personally witnessed them advocate for their patients. Dr. Garner is always friendly, compassionate, and truly goes the extra mile when examining and assisting you. From taking the time to review your family history and elaborating on potential things to be aware of as warning signs down the line to taking the time to help you choose the perfect frames, she goes above and beyond to make sure your appointments are an experience.
Excellent service with a relaxed office environment. Dr. Garner, Michelle, Angela and Rhonda are professionals who understand your needs and can assist you with your eye care. They have an amazing selection that will look great and compliment your facial features. I highly recommend you get an appointment for your eye care ASAP.
