Letha was extremely friendly when setting up the appointment and I appreciated how easy she made the process. Omar was the tech and he communicated well and arrived promptly when he said he would. Appreciated his suggestions and was not pushy at all. Especially important because it was my wife that was the one that was home when Omar came out and interacted with him. I received a recommendation for Berrett by my brother who currently uses them and would highly recommend them as well.
Berrett Home Services is the best. Not only do they have competitive pricing but they also were so quick to get my initial appointment scheduled. Jenny helped me get set up and made the process so easy to get started and Sol was so kind and thoroughly checked the whole property for any problem areas! I am happy that our house will no longer be a place where bugs come to escape the Texas heat!
I've had better at home services for a couple of years and at 2 properties. I have always had a good experience with them. Finally getting around to leaving a review though it's well deserved. I've had German roaches at both properties and it's always a little embarrassing to admit /ask for help but Barrett is always kind and understanding and never judgmental. Needed help with quite a few things for a customer service call today and Alyssa was wonderful. Very kind and friendly and efficient.
