I think the tech here did a nice job , as always … It does seem the cost of service has gone up …. Perhaps something extra was done this time. However , i’m always pleased with the professionalism of your text. They are very pleasant. They take off their shoes and put on their footers when they come in the front door and they seem to always be very knowledgeable about what they’re doing and the products that they are using I appreciate that because I have a big golden doodle that I have to be careful does not lick the chemical or get hold of some of the pellets that are used to treat the outside and he assured me that we’re using the non-toxic ingredients here because of my dog

Jeremy did an exceptional job explaining how to control pests. He took the time to educate me on what I can to do monitor and prevent additional activity. Amazing customer service experience!

I have used Long Point Pest Control for three different properties for nearly 20 years. The technicians, usually the same person, is very polite and efficient. The prices are fair. I am happy to support a local business.

Mr Joe and Mr Alex are great!!! They walked me through what to expect and made me feel comfortable. Kim, at the office, was very responsive too! I enjoy that they do not lock you into a contract. Although we did decide to do the contract, it is great for those who are not in need of quarterly sprays!

Longpoint Pest Control has been excellent. The office staff is always courteous and prompt about scheduling service whenever we need it. The technicians are efficient, thorough, and get inspections and exterminations done quickly and professionally. Their prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend!
