I was hoping for an effective environmentally/kid/pet friendly pest control service. Customer service reps and techs are very courteous and do take time to answer questions (reason for 2 stars). It's highly likely that their treatments are environmentally friendly. However, treatments are ineffective for our home. And, it's my fault to fall for and sign their 1 year contract. I shouldn't have. The company should have a trial without the contract so just be aware before you sign up! It's like they put out yummy bug bait for more to come into my house. Now, I am paying $150 to get out of it b/c the bugs are worse than before. I have never had scorpions in our home like this... pics AFTER two Natran treatments.

We had a great experience with Natran Green Pest Control. Joe provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail so we fully understood the treatment process and recommendations. He answered all of our questions and made us feel confident that the issue was being handled the right way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Caleb Echols did a great job and is very knowledgeable and nice! Thanks for sending an excellent technician! We have noticed favorable results after treatment and no more fleas in the house and flea-bitten ankles! We appreciate that the products used feel safe and no smell was left in the house. We are quite pleased and highly recommend!

I received great service from Joe! He explained the treatments and made sure to answer any questions I had before completing the service. I was slightly behind schedule and not at home when he arrived. He treated the exterior while patiently waiting for me to arrive and then inspected and treated the interior. Overall, I’d recommend Natran.

This company is fantastic. They adapt very well to the chaos of life and will work with the client to get the job done. The most recent work was completed by Mark who is fantastic at his job and always does a great job. Highly recommended company for pest control!
