Super nice very polite listens well does a really great job. I have been with this company for a year and a half. I’m very pleased with their in-house communication and their service men that come to my home. I feel safe with them. I’m always happy to see them, especially the one that came to my house today he is the first gentleman that I met to do the service on my home. He did a thorough job. I’m always pleased to meet him again.

Kay (Kealii), did an amazing job when he came out today! From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to talk to. He thoroughly treated the inside and outside of our home, including the attic and garage, and made sure we understood everything he was doing. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and provides such excellent customer service. We truly appreciate his hard work and will absolutely be using The Bug Master again—especially if we can have Kay as our technician. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Just wanted to say how we appreciate the continous professional support we get from Bug Master, and specifically our technician Jose. He's been our steady technician for sometime and it's nice to see a constant employee with an employee rather than a different one each time. He knows the house, our pets, the layout. Always quick and proficient. Keep up the good work.
They sent Larry to our home and he did an amazing job of identifying our pest and showing us how and why they were getting in our house. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Ask for Larry for sure if you have bug issues!
