We had bed bugs in our guest room in Heaton, and after a few failed attempts with sprays, we decided to call in the pros. These guys did a full heat treatment and took time to explain everything. It's been a few weeks now and so far, no more signs of bugs.
Spoke to Gavin about some bites we been getting in our flat in Jesmond. He took the time took the to ask questions and gave honest advice- even said we may not need treatment yet. Didn't try to pressure us in to anything. you don't get that kind of honesty often.
