We unfortunately suddenly lost our very loved cat waffles on Saturday, and made the tough decision to cremate him so he could stay with our family. We decided on Furry Friends Farewells Beresfield after some research and are very pleased we made that decision, the most positive outcome that could have come from such a negative situation by far. We arrived at our appointment at 10am on the Monday morning and were met with a calm empathetic environment, the staff were professional but caring and welcomed us into a clean, quiet and calm room to say goodbye to Waffles. We said our goodbyes, chose our package (without any pressure to choose expensive or extravagant options) and went home unsure of what was to come because we had never used a service like this before, we were surprised to get a call Thursday morning to be told Waffles was coming home today, they delivered him home to us safely for no extra charge and left us with a certificate of cremation. I would recommend these guys to anyone requiring this service, and deeply appreciate how they handle the service from start to finish. They are a kind, caring and extremely efficient team.

Thank you for providing such a lovely calming environment to say goodbye. It was important to me that I was able to take my fluffy goodboy to your place to drop him off on his final journey. He also came home much quicker than I expected. Thank you for helping people through this difficult and sad time.

My corgi bob succumb to the dreadful disease that is cancer at the age of nine on March 6, 2026 I contacted furry friends farewells 3 days before bob sent on he’s journey The lady I spoke to was very patient with me as I was quite emotional. On the actual day, Sean greeted himself there was no rush he said we can take our time. The one thing Sean did that really touched my heart. my daughter, asked him if he could give Bob a message and a few days later in an email. He told me to tell my daughter that he granted her wish we laid Bobby in his little coffin and Sean drove off very slowly like he was honouring bobs final farewell . I cannot express my gratitude to furry friends farewells the care they put into looking after my Bob. it’s very hard trusting someone else to look after your beloved pet but with reinsurance through email put my mind at rest thank you so much Sean for looking after Bob it means so much to me and my family. My boy is home. ❤️

Three weeks have passed since my sweet Sapphy got her wings. I chose Furry Friends because I needed to be sure my girl would be treated with the respect she deserved. From the moment I stepped into the office I knew I was in the right place. The beautiful room to say that final goodbye was very calming, the staff wonderful. I could not recommend this business more highly. It was definitely worth making the journey down for a beautiful experience.

Outstanding service, when you can’t talk due to grief, everything can be processed online and the beautiful staff let you know each step as it moves along. Beautiful options and when we received our beautiful girl Paisley back home the lady who came to our home was respectful and compassionate 🐾🙌
