Our beloved Milo 6 year old cat had to put to sleep and our request to the vets was he went yo infinite pet crematorium. I had very used infinite but so glad we did. Helen was very polite on the phone and put use all at ease. Helen collected Milo within a few hours of his passing and sent us a email with our options for his scatter tube design. The turn around time from Milo passing to him coming back home was really fast. I would definitely recommend infinite to anyone. The site looked lovely with loads of memorial options available inside. Helen was very polite and calming. It awful when you loose a beloved Pet (Family member). Thank you once again for your help and support. Rest in peace mister Milo
Losing my beloved dog Rosie was one of the hardest things i have faced , but the kindness, care and compassion shown by everyone at infinity pet crematorium made such a difficult time a little easier. Rosie was treated with the utmost dignity and respect throughout the whole process . Your understanding, empathy and professionalism meant so much to me . My 3 yr old Labrador Bonnie suddenly passed away in her sleep and the only company I knew of was Infinity. I rang Helen just after 7am in a panic and she was so supportive on the phone. Helen and Ian came to collect Bonnie before they even opened at 8am, they treated her with dignity and care. They placed her in a bed, wrapped her up in a blanket and I knew she was in safe hands. The care and support they gave to Bonnie and myself during this difficult time was such a comfort to me, I can’t thank you both enough. The attention to detail is amazing and the wild flower seeds you gave me to scatter in the garden was a lovely gesture. Thank you so much for the paw prints, card and the moulds of Bonnie’s paws, they’re beautiful. Thank you both so much!
We lost our beloved Great Dane Mabel last week and, although we knew this day was coming, we were absolutely devastated. Cannot thank Helen enough for the care and compassion shown towards our girl. Nothing was too much trouble and Mabel was looked after with love and empathy. Thank you Helen and Ian. We highly recommend Infinity Pet Crematorium to look after your pet as and when that sad day comes.
We recently said goodbye to our beloved 20-year-old cat, Mr. Frodo, and entrusted his care to Infinity Pet Crematorium near Thornton-le-Dale. It was such a difficult time for us, but from the moment we arrived, Helen showed the utmost kindness, compassion, and genuine understanding. She took the time to speak with us gently and never made us feel rushed or like just another appointment. It was clear that she truly cares about both the pets and the people who come through her doors, which made a world of difference on such an emotional day. Helen treated Mr. Frodo with real dignity and respect, and gave us the time and space we needed to say goodbye properly. Her warmth and empathy made an incredibly hard experience just that little bit easier, and we will always be grateful for the care she showed. If you’re looking for a caring, respectful, and professional pet cremation service in the Scarborough, Whitby, or Pickering area, I honestly couldn’t recommend Infinity Pet Crematorium highly enough. The service is personal, compassionate, and handled with such sensitivity, exactly what you hope for when saying goodbye to a much-loved companion. Best wishes Ricky Savage Frodo's Dad
