Mark, Di and their team have been absolutely beautiful with the care, empathy and compassion that they have given our family throughout the process of having to cremate our beloved bunny of 9 years, Zazu. Losing him was one of the hardest parts of my son’s life and mine too. The beautiful casket, poem, seeds and candle, along with his little certificate just made things so much more special to remember our beautiful rainbow bunny. He is now forever with us. We just want to say an enormous thank you to Diane for her help in organising our sons pet dog and best friend little Rosco.. On the day he passed you were so so helpful and empathetic in helping us organise Rosco’s cremation. The care and organisation in getting him to the crematorium was over and above and we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts in taking him and bringing him back with such dignity as he was part of our family and thank you to the lovely young girl that brought him home again , showing such empathy and understanding in knowing he was home again.

We just wanted to say a huge,Thank you to Mark! Thursday we had to put our sweet girl to sleep,Despite it being the hardest decision we have had to make,Mark was completely understanding and lovely. Mark offered us a space where we could say our goodbyes and even when I couldn’t bring myself to say goodbye again,There was no judgement. Bridget was taken extremely good care of and was home within a few short days,Thanks to Mark and his team. We appreciate everything you have done for us and how smooth the process was,It makes a hard time a little easier. I can not recommend this business enough for your fur babies who have passed ❤️

We are very grateful and thankful for the kind, caring and thoughtful service to our Suki. You gave us the time and space to say our final goodbye in a room filled with love and serenity. Just can't thank you enough and we're sure our Suki was happy to be there as her final resting moments. I recently had to say farewell to my great friend Otis. He was a wonderful cat. His young life was unfortunatly cut short due to health issues. The wonderful staff at Hunter Pet Crematorium were fantastic during this time. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Keep up the great work.
