Never a doubt the place to go! Staff are knowledgeable and always there to provide premium service. Thanks for all the help today fitting Miya with a harness and everything we needed to begin her lead training. Miya had the best day out thanks to the help from such a wonderful team!
Layla was so happy and so knowledgeable when i needed dog coats and runners. She phoned me back as promised when she found the stock. Beautiful young lady with wonderful customer service. So refreshing!. Layla gets a 15/10 for customer service and product knowledge.
You couldn't make this up, begrudgingly I had to go to this store for a harness, stood there for quite a while while 3 women stood at the end of the counter chatting, incredibly when they finished they walked off, again not once asked if I needed assistance, and when I called, the person couldn't have been more indifferent, that's twice and my fault for thinking the last complaint would change things. They must be doing great there, to your competitor I will go, but I'm slow however ive learnt my lesson, never again, I suggest you take notice of this and go to another store,!!!!
