I hate pharmacy... honestly does it matter who the heck fills in an address?? Main pharmacist knows I come in here every 2 weeks like clock work. Come on... if the law changes... don't give miss information to the doctor sending their patients down her to get their prescriptions filled. Wasted a good hour getting prescriptions filled here. Smh 😡
First time at this pharmacy. The staff were very helpful and they resolve an insurance issue with my medication. They filled the prescription very quickly.
The WORST!! Waited for an hour just to tell me they dont have stock of the medicine. Seriously?!! Wasted my time!!!
The staff here truly care about their customers — they go above and beyond every single time. They’re helpful, attentive, and always make sure you’re taken care of from start to finish. Exceptional service and genuinely kind people. Highly recommend! Reni and Jon and their entire team are super stars!!!!
I have a rare and severe form of arthritis for which I take weekly Humira injections. This pharmacy has NEVER managed to have this critical medication ready and shipped to my home as directed on time. NEVER. I always end up driving to the medical center to get it. I’m desperate to get my prescription moved to another pharmacy but going through preauthorization again is a nightmare. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS. I have no idea why one of the best medical centers in the world has one of the absolute worst pharmacies.
