I had an issue with any water draining from the house, coming up at my washing machine line. Carter's was one of the few to take me seriously and understand that I was in an emergency situation. They arrived promptly, on time and when they said they would. However, They didn't end up using the drain machine on the washing machine line, they did it from a different toilet and found no evidence of a block. The day following, I went and got my own to try, and found the blockage down the washing machine drain/in the yard.

Carter's Plumbing did an outstanding job for me. We had new countertops installed and all the plumbing for six sinks had to be replaced and hooked back up. They were punctual, personable and very professional. And their price was very reasonable. If you need great plumbers at a good price, I highly recommend Carter's Plumbing. I couldn't be more pleased.

These folks are honest, dependable, and care enough to clean up after themselves. The owner came out and looked over the job ( not a big one), then gave a detailed estimate. The invoice matched the estimate to the penny. When I pointed out something I wasn’t happy with after the job was complete and they were long gone, they heard me out and came back expeditiously to make the changes I wanted. Great service, great crew, and gentlemen as well. Bravo!

Very satisfied with the service we received from Carter's plumbing. They were courteous, professional, and responded to our call when nobody else would. Went 7 days without water. They made time to come and help. Reasonably priced and very considerate.

People! This has been a great company to call on. I needed repairs this summer and had to wait a few weeks because of busy schedule. Then Thomas came at designated time and had everything fixed for me in a jiffy. Quick, efficient and so nice. This week I needed them again for a more "timely" need and they worked me in to a very busy schedule right away. This is because of Olivia, the office person, phone person anyway, lol, (thank you for listening and caring!!) Again, Thomas came out, with Lucas this time and fixed things right up! Lucas is training and hope he stays around. Thomas is very nice, explains anything you ask and just the best and Lucas is the same. Contact them with confidence, I've been very pleased with them and hope you will too. It is sometimes hard in this area to find such people, good company ethics.
