Amazing service ! The technician Mr Robert came out and didn’t leave until the job was done ! He was very informative and explained every step before he started ! He resolved our problems and quoted us for a much needed repair .100/10 would most definitely recommend to everyone .
I've known Robert for a long time. He and his team are incredible. They are honest and most importantly give you a professional opinion of what needs to be done to get your equipment working as it was intended. Sometimes it's a repair or new equipment. If you wont honest advise and expert installation. Give them a call. You will be glad you did.
Very disappointed with this company. I've used them before twice and the previous tech was great. However, this last experience was not good. The tech that came this time said we needed a whole new system, gave us 3 quotes ranging for almost 6k to 16k. I decided to get a second opinion just in case. Good thing I did as we found out all we needed was some freon. So a whole new system was not necessary yet. I had trust in this company before, as they have great reviews and my previous experience was great but I would definitely recommend to always get a second or third opinion.
Jose and his crew exceeded my expectations, very knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond. Everyone I spoke to in the office was easy to talk to as well
Pablo, Abel, and Jose worked on my grandmother's house. They treated her very nicely and did a great job. They didn't leave until the work was done and done to her satisfaction. Highly recommend this company.
