I have used Arrow Plumbing a few times over the years - water leaks and eventually a new water heater and new toilets. I love that they send me a text message with a picture of the tech coming to help and Herschel is always professional, explains things clearly and doesn’t do any kind of pressure selling! He’s also very efficient and I have not had issues afterwards - knock on wood! I highly recommend Arrow Plumbing and have done so among friends and on social media groups.
Really glad I found Arrow Plumbing. Ann runs a great office with excellent communication; project coordination & follow up. Bruce is the Master Plumber with great knowledge and around long enough to have seen it all and be able to diagnose the issue & get the job done efficiently. Very pleasant people to work with and highly recommend.
Herschel Day was very professional and knowledgeable and replaced our 3 cracked toilet seats and fixed an internal problem on another toilet. Gave us the quote up front, so there were no surprises. Will def recommend Arrow and Herschel and use them again.
Bruce and the Arrow Team are top tier in plumbing service. We discovered my entire sanitary system was backed up late on Tuesday night and by lunchtime the next day, Bruce had it cleared. I engaged Arrow Plumbing to diagnose and replace the pilot light assembly on my 25-year-old gas log fireplace. Herschel came to the house on time and logically worked through the ignition problem and correctly determined the pilot thermocouple was the cause. He quoted a fair price to replace it. He came back after the part arrived and replaced the assembly. He was careful and methodical in the replacement process. Most importantly this solved my problem with the fireplace. I chose Arrow Plumbing because they are a local, family-owned, ethical business that offers the full range of plumbing services using master plumbers like Herschel. I recommend them highly.
