I was in the middle of a shower repair and needed my mixing valve replaced asap and bluefrog was able to come within a couple hours on short notice. Great job overall as well. Before and after pics shown.

Horrible experience. I went with this company because of the positive reviews but I got scammed out of $535 for jetting a line that I had expressed another plumber had already tried and diagnosed as defective. I voiced my concerns repeatedly but was told I just needed to jet the line to even get to camera it. I asked if it would be better to camera it first and was told no. So booked the service, and in the first 15 mins a lot of muddy water was flooding the drain - but he kept going. His first hose busted and then he put in a smaller hose to continue. I kept asking if it would be better to stop and because of the heat, understandably, he would take breaks in between. It took over 2 hours and after that all I was left with were 2 very muddy drains, that still, 24 hours later, have not drained. They’re worse than before! Oh and they still charged me $535! It feels like deceptive practices and I would not recommend this company. The manager called and all she could offer was a $300 discount of a job the quoted for $2k - laughable after already paying them $535! If I could give negative stars I would.

The service provide by Alton was exemplary, and he displayed the plumbing skills of a truly seasoned professional. A thorough assessment/analysis, cordially demeanor, diligent work effort and he is the main reason why I chose to proceed with the work. Bluefrog had a seasoned and mature talent, and they should be grateful for his talents. He completed snaking of a clogged kitchen sink.

Russell was fantastic. He was affable, professional and extremely helpful. He gave me two choices. Blue Frog could purchase everything and install all items or I could purchase all items. I chose to purchase the toilets and disposal to save money. He worked accurately, quickly and did not leave a mess. Blue Frog is the way to go. Thanks, Russell!

Given the superabundance of unblemished reviews I expected better. The technician showed up on time and was personable. Quote for installation of a new kitchen faucet and water filter was high ($750), considering that I supplied all of the items. Technician finished the work in 35 minutes, but he had mounted the filter touching the garbage disposal -- would have been very difficult to replace that when necessary. Also, the screws holding the water filter had pulled out of the cabinet. Seeing all of these red flags I looked closer, to see if there were leaks, and noticed the bottom of the cabinet was full of water. The tech admitted to not having bothered to sponge it out. Overall, I didn't get a craftsman who was expensive, but rather someone who charged me $1400 an hour for shoddy work. I own numerous rentals, deal with craftspeople all of the time, and was in the market for a new plumber as my current guy is retiring. I replied to one of their numerous texts and emails requesting reviews and comments about my experience, and never heard back from bluefrog. I don't have an explanation. But I am going to keep looking. Caveat emptor. ————- The manager of bluefrog did finally call, and explained that for some reason they hadn’t received my email to them about my concerns, so were responding a day after my review had been posted. He asked that I note that in my review. Fair enough. I don’t feel, other than that, the need to amend any further.
