I used Patriot Pools for over a year. Overall, they did a good job cleaning the pool, especially with vacuuming. My concerns were mostly with communication and attention to detail. On a couple of occasions, the timer was not set correctly, which resulted in my pump running continuously until I noticed. Another time, the timer was left on the manual setting, so it didn’t follow the schedule. Since I hired a pool service to handle these kinds of things, I expected a little more attention to detail. I also had issues with scheduling. There were several times my regular service day changed without any phone call—only a last-minute automated email. On one occasion, they missed my normal Thursday service. I called Saturday morning because we were hosting guests that afternoon and asked that they not come later in the day. I only reached voicemail, but they still showed up right before our gathering, so I had to turn them away, and I was still charged for the visit. My other complaint was repair pricing. I received repair quotes from Patriot that were significantly higher than competing companies for the same work. Overall, they cleaned the pool well, but I believe there is room for improvement in communication, attention to detail, and repair pricing
We recently started using Patriot Pools and I have to say they have been great in every way. They were honest about their pricing. They explain everything. Our pool technician Daniel is wonderful he lets me know he is coming and always ask if I need anything or have any questions and leaves me with a beautiful clean pool.
Maintnenace person did not seem familiar with my Jandy pool system. After the cleaning a few days later noticed pool levels dropping and called pool builder who identified that maintenance was not done properly and likely unintentionally person from Patriot doing it, did not follow the correct steps. I immediately canceled my pool service with Patriot. Would suggest they ensure their pool maintenance hires are familiar with the pools they are servicing especially for new builds (like mine). It was a headache especially pool being out of service before July 4 holiday. I have switched over to Claffey Pools.
Colton did a great job. He was there for a long time and really took care of the pool. There had been another technician this year who had not been as effective and has not taken as much time. We really like when Colton services the pool. Thanks!

I’ve used other pool services in the past, and the level of care and customer service Tristin provides truly stands out above the rest. Highly recommend!
