I was working a night shift when I backed my car into a steep ditch and called for winch out service. Frank was courteous on the phone and agreed he could handle the job after photos were sent. He arrived at the time and price that he quoted on the phone. It was immediately obvious that he knew EXACTLY what he was doing and was able to retrieve my car with no damage to the vehicle! I was impressed with his patience, knowledge and the effort he applied to help me in a very difficult situation! Frank is truly an angel who shows up to help those in distress! I highly recommend Precision Towing and Storage whenever these services are needed!
Excellent roadside customer service. Frank was upfront about ETA and costs. Arrived promptly at the time he said he would. He was super on the phone and in person. Highly recommend using Frank and Precision towing when you need towing services, especially if you are stranded you will get straight talk and great service.
Tow truck never showed up. Called the office and they said they would call us back and never did. We waited till 1am for them to show up. Terrible service.
